Do the templates come with quickstart or rocketlauncher installs?

No, we don't provide quickstart packages, as our motto is to keep things extremely simple, and our users don't really need them. Clubs like the ones you mentioned had to start offering these type of packages since no one could figure out there extremely complex templates.  When you're building a custom site, it's much better to start with an empty site, so your site doesn't look like demo site and everyone else's site.
